Does running a game of a ram disk, reduce the amount of draw calls a gpu needs to make?

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but figured id throw it out there. Im getting ready to splurge on either 128gb of corsair dominator 3200mhz ddr4, or 1.2tb intel NVMe pcie ssd. I modd and dable in making mods for bethesda games, as well as 3d modeling. And as many know, bethesda games are generally poorly coded, and are inefficient with hardware utilization. While i know that a ram disk is still roughly twice as fast as intels best consumer pcie ssd... I want to see if draw calls are reduced since the cpu would no longer have to repeatedly load from the harddrive when in exterior cells and cross into a new one in game. (massive run on sentence) Anybody have any ideas?

There wouldn't be a reduction in draw calls however the more per second it is pulling from the ram drive vs even an NVMe will show a greater performance difference.
