Programs run using Dimmdrive are supposed to be automatically backed up to your normal drive by Dimmdrive. You shouldn't be losing anything when you turn it off.

well i am not using it with .exe I am using it as a storage drive ( but moved *myself* to main drive ) by just having torrent be downloaded right on the drive (made by dimmdrive)

I'm not 100% what you're trying to say but that's ok. It seems that you're saying it's functioning normally and that it's not a bug you are dealing with so everything's ok. :)

As somebody who has pretty much only ever done one or two torrents, what exactly is the benfit of doing this?

lol I have downloaded alot on multiple hdds/sdd here is one of them and the benefit is faster write speeds because using Dimmdrive and aswell not have to wait for torrents to process when done being downloaded and as well load extremely fast on media players like ( VLC / windows media player / ect ect )

There is no benefit of doing this unless you have a 5-10Gigabit internet connection.

As you can see in the images, OP downloadspeed is only at 1.5MegaByte/s, these ramdrives are capable of handling thousands of MB/s depending on the ram you are using.

No benefit? Respectfully, I disagree.

While torrenting, myriad continuous tiny disk writes occur. Different chunks, arriving simultaneously (and in no particular order) from multiple peers...

Improved speed (elimination of drive write contention/queuing) and reduction of drive wear are worthy benefits.
