When I go to contact & submit a request for a refund, it says "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method." There is no other publicly listed way to contact the administrator. I want a refund - this program does nothing to help speeds.
Official Post Inside this thread you will find a growing collection of fixes for common issues with Dimmdrive. Dimmdrive Service not running Error: The Dimmdrive service is not running. It needs to be running for Dimmdrive to function correctly. Please ensure the service is running. Solution: Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOocfB4EUKM (I will be making a new one that is designated towards all users and not just the original user RainFlash) 1. Press the Windows key or click the start menu at the bottom left. 2. Type "Services" 3. Locate and Double Click the Service "Dimmdrive Help Service". 4. Next to where it says "Startup Type" select "Automatic" from the list. 5. Below is a section called "Service Status". Be sure to select "Start" 6. Verify that Dimmdrive now works. If the above solutions do not work then please feel free to submit a thread on the forums under "Dimmdrive Support" for help from us here at Dimmdrive and the community! Best, Michael. t0astybunz posted a topic in Dimmdrive SupportHi there, I just purchased Dimmdrive about 2 hours ago via the website and I am having issues running it. It asks for my forum login, which i set up directly from the link in the purchase email, and when I go to log into the program it says that it cannot connect to the Dimmdrive servers. I have made sure that the program is allowed through windows firewall and that there are no programs blocking its access to the web. Some help would be appreciated. Thanks, Kev
